I looked but couldn't find the SVN repository. I obviously didn't look hard enough

do you need CFW to do this because when i put this in my psp it works until i start it than it says the game could not be started. (80020130) help i put the eboot file in the game section (new folder) the one that was 126 KB and it worked! (Praise the Lord) and i clicked the file that said INFCAT and it said the game could not be started. (80020130). did i do something wrong? did i not do something? did i miss a step? SOMENBODY HELP ME!!!

Ok someone plaese help me out cause i really want to play this game.
I have a psp phat 3.71 m33 firmware.
I downloaded everything put the 2 folders in the game,went to the recovery menu and got the system to rum at 1.50 kernel instead ot 3.71 and it still gives me that stupid error message

HELP!! i have firmware version 5.03 (NOT CUSTOM FIRMWARE) on my psp 3000 (slim)
and i can't get this mugen to work on it... is my firmware version too high or something? O_o
also, if anyone wants great MMZ, KH, Naruto, or mario style chars for normal mugen, go to http://gamerzfactory.b1.jcink.com/index.php
