saturn inport

hi all iv been playing with saturn for a long time and there are loads of games that came out in japan that we never got
so iv bean thinking of ways to be able to play them
as you can use a import cart in the pal saturn but then there are games that you will not be able to play coz of the ram upgrade cart is needed so then i thought about importing a saturn but then you need a down converter
and was wondering if i was to get a jap saturn and put a eu power supply in it from a eu saturn will it work or will it burn the hardware

What don't you put a modchip in your current.

2 of my saturns are modchipped. It will cost less than importing too.

no iv never been able to find a mod chip plus i want a smocked gray saturn
