So, if you want to access to PC filesystem and the tools for compiling and such, what you need is a BroadBand Adapter. It's valid for both, LinuxDC and NetBSD.

One more thing , for Dreamcast NetBSD 2.0 or 2.1 you'll need at least the keyboard plugged in the DC.
