Well I believe that there is a program somewhere that lets you build .nds files using a variety of programing languages.
I dont know if this works, but look up how to use Microsoft Visual Basic, it to me is one of the easiest programming languages.
Ok, Im gonna be straight with you all, Im a noob, I have had my R4 about 8 months now, have a heap of apps, games and stuff and I now want to get into all the technical stuff, I can't program at all and I was wondering if there was a PC program similar to Gamemaker except it exports to .nds, because I would be forever in your debt if you can direct me in the right direction

The easiest thing to use would be PAlib I believe, which still would require you to learn programming. There is no Game Maker-like app that exports to the DS, at least not one that's usable (you can try XtenDS if you want but it only does a couple of functions).
