This is a release of 3.50 oe-a. NO FLASHING REQUIRED!
just run and it will create simple settings to run its self atomaticly. then rest the psp via battery to lose all power then turn on if it is not FW 3.50 then something is wrong with the mother board, or your flash0 directory on the psp is invalid.
