HELP recovery with 1.50 IE-B

hi,
i bought psp off the ebay, it has 1.5 IE-B installed on the system.

it does not boot up but it goes into recovery menu when i hold R while i start up the system.

I know how to recover dark alex firmware but this is one, i just can't seem to find enough infomation anywhere.

can you guys PLEASE help me out on recovery?

on recovery menu it does say
"For run program at PSPGAMEIERECOVERY BOOT.PBP press O"

but i dont know where to get the recovery files for this firmware.

Did you get a mem card with the psp, if so toggle usb... it may already have it on,

in boot.pbp, instead put a official 1.50 update, maybe that will work...

why do you have IE-B

for a start theres IE-D and 3.40 OE-A is far better than any IE firmware
