So is this upscaling everything or what?
New from Divineo China
A true universal VGA box compatible with the new generation consoles on todays market (Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii) and also with Xbox.
Compatible with both PAL and NTSC system, it is available with European or US power supply. A plug and play installation will give you Ypbpr input with all consoles, now with a 1080p resolution!
3 cables are included, 2 of them shielded to transfer hi-resolution signal (1080p).
I really dont understand what this does, can some one please explain better ?
i believe it enables you to play your consoles using ur computer monitor
component video -> VGA converter box. there's a lot of displays that can't handle 1080P over component video, but can handle it through VGA. it also comes with a multi-ended cable that has a selector switch on it so you can have all the consoles hooked up and transferred through the VGA box. here's an actual picture http://www.consoleshop.com/popup_ima...ROPE%20220V%29
You are using the component video to be conneected to the console so still sees it as a component signal so it doesn't upscale to 1080p for dvd movies like when the 360 sees it as a vga signal.
It still good as in connecting more than one console at the same time and the 360 still plays 1080p for games in component signal so it's all right. Especially good for people who have tvs that only does 1080p over vga but also have component, well like the guy said above me.
yeah but on the bright side, at least it is as ugly as sin. nothing says "next gen" like a square!
will this make the wii look crisper on my monitor then?
