NDS DS Builder V2.0 (ds to gba)

    New from DrNeo

DS Builder V2.0 (ds to gba)

    How to use :
Just need drag a .nds (.ds) file and drop to this "dsbuild.exe", then you will get one .gba file immediately.

Wait... what happens to the touch screen on the DS? There's none on the GBA as far as I know.

It converts .nds to .ds.gba, you can then load the DS code from a slot-2 card, rather than a slot-1 one. That how we had to do it in the olden days.

So it's basically like the Supercard Magic Homebrew Patcher then? That tool also merely converted each file from *.nds to *.ds.gba except it renamed it to *.sc.nds so that Supercard users could launch it correctly.

Do you still have to do that for supercards? Its getting to be a pain in the ass to patch all homebrew to run on my SC mini...?

But anyway this looks good for those people who cant get off there EFA2s and etc...
I don't go on here much anymore. Find me on GBAtemp.

With most newer DS homebrew files, the *.nds file will work, but sometimes you get ones where you have to use the *.ds.gba file, renamed to *.sc.nds. Basically, if it loads with no$GBA it should load on the Supercard as well.

i dont really know how these things work, but does that mean it is possible to turn a .gba into a .nds and play a gameboy advance game using a MMD if the program did everything backwards

cas61692 - not at all. it does pretty much what spinal_cord said.

This exe is sooooo old. I've had it for months. i believe it is bundled with some dev kits or something, that is how homebrew devs make a ds.gba file and include it with most releases.

DrNeo didn't make it either i believe.
