I've found a website that may help.
It doesn't exactly have geodata but you can convert it into a geodata file. The website ishttp://earth-info.nga.mil/gns/html/cntry_files.html

That doesn't sound stupid, don't worry . The geodata file has a specific format, which you can't just create in Notepad or something.

I've indeed provided those Perl scripts to give an idea of how you can create geodata and what data you need.

Those scripts were all I needed to create the Dutch geodata, so you shouldn't need much more.

Perhaps http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Global_...ol#GeoData.DAT can help you out some more though.

One final thing, if you can't program, and can't get it to work through GMDL, I'm afraid you're out of luck.
