I run 3.10 because popsloader works with it
and I must be able to load 3.02pops

With the exception of some plug-ins not always loading after a warm start I have no problems running any homebrew I throw at it.

So why is 3.10 the "worst?"

FOR ME 3.03 OE-C BECAUSE ITS A BUG FREE. I CAN BROWSE THE WEB, I CAN USED ANY KIND OF APPLICATION IN ANY KIND OF VERSIONS, ALL GAMES I HAVE (5,000 I OWNED ISO & CSO) MUSIC AND MOVIE PLAYED, CAMERA AND VIDEO WORKS......
