To my knowledge, OSX states in the EULA that it must be used on a Mac and any other use would constitute a violation of the EULA and any circumvention of the hardware lockout (the os's proprietary hardware compatibility list, which prevents the os from loading on non Mac hardware) is a violation of the DMCA, which is illegal (in the US and a few other countries). You can only buy the upgrade to OSX Tiger from Apple.com, not the actual operating system. If you somehow obtained this software, it is most likely an illegal copy.

There are ways to do this, unfortunately I cannot help you here, and neither can anyone else on this site. As quzar said, it is against the rules.
