question about a certain game

i remeber a game from a long time ago but cant remeber the name. it was like earthbound i think but i cant really remeber. there is one scene when your running downhill like mario 2d style and a boulder is chasing after you. also, you can fly around above the water like a spy hunter veiw. i dunno if this helps, but i cant remeber the game and i need to know it. maybe it was earthbound/

pretty sure it was snes. and for mroe info, its basically all i can remeber, other than there was something with like being in a castle in the sky or something, like earthbound type sky castle with white stuff.

well, does anyone remeber earthbound having a white castle in the sky and being able to fly around above the water? if so then it is that, but noone has said anything for it to be that game, so i still dont know.
