Just to clarify

My 3.40oe-a started saying "To use this content you must activate the system" when opening pops

I am thinking of using the recovery pack stickied on this forum to restore to 1.5 and back to 3.40oe-a to fix this problem.

is it sure-fire and safe?

You can just reflash 3.40 OE-A without downgrading.

ack damn, i just went thru the whole process.

got the pops working tho, and i'v found the problem that causes "To use this content you must activate the system"

using LOLstation popsfix causes it in 3.40oe
