XDP Browser

I came across an alternate browser for Dreamcast on the internet today call XDP Dreamcast Browser. It has a pretty nice menu setup and also has a bunch of vmu stuff and a few java and flash games (minesweeper, card games, bunch of other stuff). Anyone who hasn't heard of it, its here:

If anyone has heard of it, would it be easier to set this up with a pc-dc server with my 56k modem? I can't get it to work with the regular web browser.
