psp What will be the next move for SONY?

Any response from SONY about this yet? They were real quick to act when the GTA 3.03 downgrader was released. Hell, there were articles about it on IGN, BBC, and everything. It could have been coincidental timing and SONY may have been ready to release 3.10 anyway, but the exploit was blocked and 3.10 was released within days.

I am really hoping that the new exploit won't be patched for some time. I am also hoping that Noobz haven't revealed all details about it or that maybe they have some more tricks up their sleeve in the event that SONY does block the exploit.

But I guess at this point, if people are foolish enough to upgrade beyond 3.50 despite the many downgraders, its their own fault.

Also, I've spotted PSP's at local stores within the USA with the letter R used as a box code. The letter R reportedly means 3.40 firmware pre-installed but I have not been able to verify. Does anyone know?

Im a complete n00b to all this, so lemme get this straight: i have to buy lumines? and then run this thing on my psp, and it'll downgrade it so i can play all my homebrew games? and theres only a VERy small chance it'll totally screw my psp?

    Great News!

Downgrading is easy all you have to do is read the readme file over and over again and you will be fine
