I'm confused about something though The psp's main cpu runs 1~333MHz but the Media Engine Cpu Runs at what??? I read somewhere it was 1~333MHz also is this true?? And Could this be taken advantage of more than we thought??

Yeah DKR was one of the best 1P and multiplayer games for N64, I really hope he gets it working for R14 or maybe these new optimizations will have it somewhat running in R13, who knows!
