linkenski, you read my mind,
thats would be a great idea and like the new game maker, they could submit it to a wii-compatible site for nintendo carefully monitered by nintendo.
And they could have different tiers for their program,

giving more access to the wii code to the more you pay for the software
(so like, a basic, deluxe and commercial editions)

But knowing nintendo, they would probably make this 'homebrew' as private and complicated as possible...
