    General games Japanese hardware sales, Jun. 18 - Jun. 24

    The current weekly hardware sales data in Japan is below. The DS Lite and Wii system top the list as usual, with the PSP and PS2 trailling behind them.


    DS Lite: 163,888
    Wii: 65,582
    PSP: 32,984
    PS2: 11,962
    PS3: 9,581
    Xbox 360: 3,369
    Game Boy Micro: 284
    GBA SP: 130
    Gamecube: 82
    DS Original: 30
    GBA: 0


    In comparison to last week, DS lite sales have risen roughly 45,000 and DS Original up by 30. The Wii, PS2 and the PS3 stay about the same. PSP sales have dropped by 375, Xbox 360 by 414, Gamecube by 141, Game Boy Micro by 87, GBA SP by 342 and GBA 24.

    The hardware sales make me laugh every week, but look this week has something different 0 GBA units were sold.

    DS Lite remains the top selling handheld console as per usual, the Wii is selling at it's usual rate of 7 times more than the PS3. the PS2 is selling more than the PS3 and Xbox360, with everything else trailing slowly behind.
