How do I load CD2 [Final Fantasy 7]

Ok, yesterday I finished the disk 1 (yay!) and now I dont know how do I load the disk 2...

I had tried this:

-I named the disk 2 with the same save ID of disk 1.
-I named the disk 2 with the same game ID of disk 1.
-I named the disk 2 with the same game tittle as disk 1.
-I named the disk 2 with the same save tittle as disk 1.
-I used psx2psp and icetea 1.3

I dont know what to do... if some1 can help me, I will be very happy

you need to make the game id the same aswell or it will not work, try this and see what happens

same game id and same save id

You should be able to just click the icon in your xmb and load the save from disk 1 and continue, if not you might try switching around the folder you put the game in or the kernel in recovery mode?
