Eh, this seems a little silly to me seeing at theres plenty of consoles with a much longer life left ahead of them to code for.
personally, instead of a "homebrew" section, it should be all about texturing..thats just my opinion though
Yeah, but theres so many new systems that need more coders. Like...... all the new systems.
Not everyone will be able to play the homebrew on a N64 thou, unless they used an N64 emulator on PC...
...Which technically won't be N64 homebrew for some people, it will just be PC homebrew via a homebrew related N64 emulator - now I've confused myself, but I think I'm somewhat right?![]()
There will be a n64 scene soon... I'm working on several things for it, as well as some hardware.
Glad to see this is finally getting some attention.

Really man!? You gotta tell me what it is!!There will be a n64 scene soon... I'm working on several things for it, as well as some hardware.

Well, I have been coding N64 for about a year now, various small demos and writing my own tools. When I get my first game finished I'll be releasing it as well as the source code/tools.
I am also learning FPGA design to produce a dev cart. I've already designed and almost built a 64mbit flash cart.
But so far i'm the only one doing any sort of original n64 homebrew, which is very discouraging at times (a lot of things figured out by trial and error.)
Hopefully when I release some docs people will take an interest in this sort of thing.
