    and living in the UK, Sky Broadband is the cheapest and fastest i've seen around. £10 per month, up to 16MB [im usally around 9mb] with unlimited usage

    , Netgear is a n00b a t networking, Senao its the best, its the most powerful, one of my uncles have a senao with an output power of 400mw and he uses an
    20dbi directional antenna, and it has a range of 4km. Also the senao pcmcias are awesome on linux .

    But linksys is the best choice for home.

    Wow it seems that the broadband its cheap there, here we have 1mb for around: £30 per month with unlimited usage and unlimited local phone calls . Slow! I know .

    if you have SKY tv see my post above. you cant chose you own router though[ at least not officially]

    I've got 2meg broadband, it's really good, sometimes better than 8meg I've used.

    Hey guys I have done loads of research over this topic since I posted it I found a totally diffrent LinksysWRT54G Router v1.1 which means it is better than the newer versions and allows me to play PSP on Xlink Kai. Heres the pic got it all for $39. Check it out.

    Hey guys om surfing on broadband right now as we speak. But i have a question the dude when he hooked up the modem said my ethernet card was bad in the back of the computer does that prevent me from using my Linksys Router?

    Default

    Bad ethernet card means you can't use the broadband directly, but if you have a wireless card on your pc then you could stream it from the router.
