I'd have to agree, i smell a class action lawsuit coming, maybe that's why he decided to close shop before those corporate bastards at Sony start harassing him and his family. The hint is on the last two lines,

unless someone has posted this in a sick joke on Dark Alex site then i suppose it is real.

Makes you wonder if Sony traced him down and gave him a cease and desist ?
