GMDL wont load! help!

i tried to search for gmdl tool errors but have not come across any. When I double click Global Map download tool.exe to make my map, it gets an application error, it wont load. does any body know what i can do to fix this or the reason behind it? Because all I need to do is make my map and then I'm good to go with the gps and mapviewer software on my PSP. Thanks in advance!

To Use in7ane’s tool make sure that you install Microsoft .net 2
