2.5 - 1.5, dont have GTA/Lumnies
is there any other ways to downgrade, i dont have either of the 2 games required.
can i upgrade to another version then downgrade?

you are on 2.5? go to 2.71 then downgrade from there. it requires no game on taht version or on 2.80

thats the wrong downgrader..
what mother board do you have? check in the umd drive. if you see little letters in the top right corner then you have ta-082-086
