I would like to view a large number of funny gif's I have on my psp. The previous thread was nearly a year old...so Id like to ask if anyone's come up with one yet? Ive always wondered why people would bother downloading a "jpeg viewer" on the PSP when it already has a Jpeg viewer...do they view gifs too?

You can use a "Media Loader" featured in almost all flash portals. Try the vista portal for psp.

All it does is give you a simple file browser allowing you to load content from a few different folders.

so thats basically a no? If you cant get the internet then you cant? Well I cant get the internet on my PSP easily...so thats a no go.

You don't need the internet, you put the gifs on your psp then load them with the web browser.

The vista portal has a file loader, just find that file and you're good to go.

type this in the psp address bar u don't need internet access. May not be exactly right but its there. file:/ is the last one under the http:// block

file:/psp/(directory where gif is)

Sorry if that is not a good enough explanation and no you do not need a protal unless you don't want to type
