get a copy of the game lumines if you havent already

You download this, read all the text in the post and the readme file included in the download that it refers you to for instructions.

Once your clear on what you have to do (ask questions here if you are unsure of something before you try to downgrade) then just follow the instructions exactly and you'll have a downgraded PSP in no time.
