you would first have to downgrade to 1.50

no, but there's a easy way to downgrade it though, (my favourite downgrader:P)

downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to this firmware

can you use all rcos from 3.40 on this? cant be bothered to sort through which of my rcos are custom, so was gonna just replace the whole lot

Uhh, I don't think I'd do that if I were you. Those are just the types of things that change between firmwares. If you've ever wondered how some people manage to brick their PSPs, I think it's cause they do stuff like this.


On a different note, here's a question that hasn't been asked yet.

Regarding the extra flash space, is the Japanese font still there or has it been dummied out like the Korean one was?

I use that font, so if it's missing I'll have to try and figure out how to get it back in there.
