PSP Custom Firmware v3.51 M33

where did you put the iso?
did you try a bin?

I put it in the .iso folder, of course! But I just now realized... what shows up on a UMD .iso in the xmb? Pic1 and icon0 for starters. Those aren't in a ps1 .iso lol.... so why WOULD it show up?

With the cwcheat pops and cheat both enabled it looks like just the .isos that freeze the system. Daedalus ran fine (but locked up when using the home button to get back to the xmb) and filer ran and exited just fine. Still a paint in the but, except that I haven't personally used cwcheat on a ps1 game anyway

ok guys. i havent updated passed 3.10 OE and i downgraded back to 3.03 OE C because the VCScheatdevice.prx and LCScheatdevice.prx didnt work on any version passed 3.03

the only way to get me to update to this version is if those cheat devices work on 3.51 M33 or if i finish the games. also does irmp3.prx work?

so yea. i am still on 3.03 OE-C and havent found a reason to update but there are a few games i want to play but i need to update for them. so now i have a reason.

you can pretty much run ANY downgrader program then run the official 1.50 update like any other sony update. (UNLESS YOU HAVE ONE OF THOSE NEW MOTHERBOARDS then you should use the 3.50 downgrader for all motherboards, which requires an unpatched lumines umd)

or... use the recovery menu. Completely power off the psp, hold R while turning it on and select "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"

but you don't use the update file. use the eboot.pbp that comes with one of the older versions of OE (the one already in psp/game/recovery) and you need to rename the firmware (it will install any one you want) update.pbp and place it in the same folder

PS1 eboots also work with both cwcheat prx's enabled so it's just .iso's that don't like it.

Then what did I hear about a preview icon for the PS Store, I don't think I just am crazy and think I heard it somewhere. I'll be back after I investigate where I heard that.

You can look at the PS Store on your PSP with Remote Play. Not quite the same thing, but it works and you can even download stuff, but the downloads still go the PS3.
