Hehe, well I've pretty much come to the realization that my Once Upon a Time in Mexico UMD will remain forever useless.

The part I don't understand is why it keeps getting pushed along in the firmware updates when it has never worked. Seriously Russian Guys, just take it out.

At least then I won't get my hopes up every time a new custom firmware is released.

Could Team M33 possibly stand for Team Messier 33?

And I beleive the 33 part is relative to their location in lattitude/ longitude, but 33 refers more to Turkey rather than Russia!!!!
I think you're right. I actually thought this name sounded like a constellation or system, but I never followed up on it to be sure.

This picture looks just like the one on the icon of the updater and maker.

    A bit from Wikipedia:
Because Messier lived and did his astronomical work in France in the Northern Hemisphere, the list he compiled contains only objects from the north celestial pole to a celestial latitude of about –35°

Doesn't DAX mostly post stuff on a French language site? And since the -33rd latitude runs all the way around the Earth, it could be any place that is found along that line.

Here's a bit more interesting information:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galaxie...angulum_Galaxy

    the pertinent part:

    Triangulum Galaxy

    * In the fictional Star Trek universe, the Triangulum Galaxy is where the USS Enterprise-D is warped to after a being known as The Traveler uses his knowledge to influence the ship's warp drive. M33 is said to be approximately 2.7 million light years away from the United Federation of Planets territories. The galaxy was first encountered in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Where No One Has Gone Before".

    * Triangulum is a setting for a number of races in the related Star Fleet Universe, explored in a module currently in development.

    * The second season finale of seaQuest DSV featured the seaQuest being transported to the planet Hyperion, over eleven million light years away from Earth in the Triangulum Galaxy.

    * In Stargate: Horizon (a virtual series of Stargate written in script form), the Horizon Gate system connects to the Triangulum Galaxy; its gate system is different from Earth's and Atlantis's.

    * On Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda the Systems Commonwealth had territory in the Triangulum Galaxy in addition to the Andromeda and Milky Way Galaxies.

    * In the Belgian comic book series Yoko Tsuno written by Roger Leloup, M33 is the home of the blue-skinned Vineans, whom the main characters befriend. About a third of the stories take place in this galaxy.

I liked the quote thats part of the M33 upgrade.
Wish I had written it down.
and fictitious date 3/33/03 12:33:33 or something like that

I like the way M33 converts and builds the firmware upgrade all in package.
