Corrupted Icons

I turned off corrupted icons using recovery mode but they still apear i have tried everything what should I do as it is starting to get on my nerves!

Add __SCE__ in front of the one without the %

and add %__SCE__ in front of the other
i dont know if it will work but it can't hurt to try.

Y, but the XMB browser font makes it look like a single
