help with dsamp

sorry if this isnt in the right place but i couldnt find much help with this.

anyways i have been trying to get ds amp to work, i did everything shown in the guide. i even got it to work once. but then every time i tried after that it would not connect to my ip it would connect to a different ip and not work or just not connect at all.

any help at all is appreciated

Me too. Sorry if I'm reviving this, but I just can't figure it out. I just opened the ports 32123 to 32123 UTP (or whatever that port it called), and it didn't work. I have my WinAmp on a wireless computer connection. Is it possible I need a static IP address? If so, how do I do that?
