Hey, i've heard about changing the Game ID for psx games how can this be done (how do i use/get the hex editor)?

It's easier to use a Popstation GUI

the hex editor is used to create cheats per the games...check this link...http://pspatchator.blogspot.com, there are some patches that edit the savegames of psp games!!
