snes 9x help please

can someone tell me how to change the clock speed on this please along with the frameskip etc. i have searched everywhre but cant find the answer

I too have a qusetion reguarding SNES9 for the 1.5v

When I attempt to save a game using a save state, it never lets me. And when I save to SDRAM Save and try loading from it in the Snes9 menu/rom selector.

I go to the save state (whihc is empty) then it just locks up then the system turns off by itself.

Any light on this situation?

I can save states. I'm using 1.50 PSP. Haven't tried SDRAM. You sure you got enough space etc?
