Upgrading to 3.40 OE

How can I upgrade my PSP to version 3.40 OE?
I have currently have the version 3.03 OE-C. Is 3.40 OE is better than 3.03 OE-C??? Or is ther a guide to upgrade from my older version to newer version??

Yes 3.40 oe is better than 3.03 oe-c unless you like the theme flashing. You can still do it but there's more compatibility on 3.03 oe-c. I recommend 3.40 oe cause since I've used it I've had no trouble whatsoever and updates:thumbup:. Here's a tutorial i used this one

I asked this question just yesterday........i will have a go at this as the tutorial makes it sound easy....this is just the best psp site going.

Damn and blast.......got to stage 5 in tut' and nothing. no white writing like it says will appear.
downloaded all files needed in right place.
I'm on 3.10 oe-a.
any other guides out there????????
