yes, thats the way you do it... its actually safer to not go through each update ( more flashing)
and just go straight away with # 6

My psp is getting better with every update,
unknown compatibility with the sony prx my ass, everything works and faster LOL

New Golden era of the Custom Firmware, probably Platium one LOL

Haven't tried this CFW yet, still on 340OE, but it looks like it the real deal.

I'll give it a try over the weekend
