if you are upgrading from a CW then do it through recovery.

is 3.40 and 3.40 OE the same? if yes sorry, if not ok...
i need lumines cuz i updated it to 3.50, then i downgrade it, then update it to 3.40 OE

DONT CALL ME STUPID I only turned 13, like on july 13, and i had my psp for like 12 days.

LOL 3.40 is official sony firmware and 3.40 OE is custom firmware.

To get from 3.40 to 3.40 OE:

1. Download 3.50 upgrader rename it to EBOOT.PBP and create a folder in your psp called "UPDATE" and put it in GAME folder.

2. Download 3.50 Downgrader, Copy all contents inside MS_ROOT folder of your memory stick.

3. Run LUMINES.

4. When you run the program, you'll see a coloured screen that can be one of two colors:
* Red: the files couldn't be written to the flash (it happens a few times). Just keep trying.
* Pale Blue: The files were written succesfully, and HEN is active. After that, the xmb will
be rebooted.

5. Run CUSTOM FIRMWARE (when you download inclues Read_Me, so dont panic)
