I have this thing called total video converter and it does what i want and is fine but it costed $45 sadly.
Still good find though
I ran across these freeware programs a few days ago and thought I better pass them along.
GOM Player is my default video player now and for good reason, it plays everything I throw at it. It has most video codecs already installed and if a new codec is needed, the program brings up a window with a download for it. Click on the link to download and you get the codec you need as an exe file. Run the exe to install the codec then watch the clip. It's almost too easy.
GOM Player has more options than any other player I've seen. The one that really stands out is the ability to change the video as it's playing. You're able to change the Brightness, Contrast, Color, Saturation, Hue, so you can tweak those dark clips and enjoy them more. Plus you can jump foward and back in 10 second intervals through the clip. There's too many options for me to list so you'll just have to go to the website and see if this player fits your needs. Chances are IT DOES!

Super Encoder is video conversion program for converting your video files. It has an option for the PSP mpeg4 format that should make things easier for you. When the conversion is done it even asks if you want to transfer the file to your PSP. I've only used it a few times but it works great. And its FREE.
Go to the website and check it out. Worth a BIG Look.
