Here are three themes I've put together using pics from the Sony Leaked UMD tools kit: (w/ matching waves)

Maybe it's cool to run around with illegal themes on your PSP.

The thing that its made with Sony's Official tools that was leaked is the concern.

Those Tools are illegal, unless you have the right to use it.

Someone needs to make a kickass XMB program that does everything like gameboots etc.
