" Добавление POI " and " Поиск POI " seems to me was better (more correct) than " Добавить маркер"....
Address Reverse - " Ближайший Адрес" or " Поиск ближайшего адреса".. i think so...

becouse i have't GPS module and i use this programm only for map

Right, but you should have a geodata file in the same _map directory. You can create it from file POI using GMDL. Start GMDL, then GEODATA ->POI TO DAT (use settings for Russia)
The radius of action for "Address Reverse" ~160 m
