PSP Upgrader/Downgrader

BobJoe has released a Windows Application that simplifies the Downgrade/Upgrade process massively.

Heres his release notes:

PSP Upgrader/Downgrader is an easy to use program to make upgrading, downgrading, and installing a custom firmware very easy.

this is only downgrading and upgrading from custom firmware correct? because offical firmware downgraders cant just be run from an eboot without an exploit

it could in fact ask you what firmware you have and install the exploit where you need it and then tell you how to run it but i do not see how it will work with the gta or lumines exploit

I think this is a PC-based application, it only transfers the update/downgrade data on your PSP

Nah it would be big news if you could, it just makes it simpler right?

it doesnt claim to be able to downgrade anything and everything, merely that it simplifies doing stuff
