The Sword Show-Off Thread

This is now 'The Sword Show-Off Thread' any of you hobbyist, collectors, even martial artists can now show off your sword here in this thread. Just post a picture of your sword and give us a few details such as..

What type of sword is it?
How much was the sword?
Where was it made?
Is it battle ready?
Weapon specs?

I've recently bought a new sword from www.kingofswords.com which has proven to be a reliable site to buy swords of just about any nature. Another good site recommended by kcajblue is www.trueswords.com.

Well here is the new sword I bought from www.kingofswords.com it is a replica of a sword from the anime show Dragon Ball Z. The sword itself is modeled after one of the many characters from the series named Trunks. I've always enjoyed Dragon Ball Z, so I couldn't just pass up the chance to buy a sword replica from one of my favorite characters of the show. The sword is not battle ready as its meant to be more of a replica but that doesn't mean its entirely defenseless the sword itself has 440K Stainless Steel Blade.

Here are the weapon specs..

Overall Length 42 1/2"
Blade Length 31 1/2"
Metal Leather Wrapped Handle
440K Stainless Steel Blade
The version I bought also includes the custom red/blue hard scabbard with backstrap for a grand total of $57.00 USD ( Not including shipping )

Well I plan on using it next time an intruder breaks into my house to stab him in the ass with! :rofl:
No its more of a hobby/collectors thing. I plan on mounting it on a wall in my room. I’ll post a picture of it if you want?

Well I've come to the conclusion that www.kingofswords.com is not fake at all. After reading threw a ton of forums kingofswords is a real company that sell real products. Only complaints I’ve found is they’re a bit notorious for being late on orders. So I'm going to change this thread into my "The Sword Show-Off thread". :rofl: I'll change the name and post some pictures of the sword I'm getting in my first post.
