PC engine/ Turbo grafx 16 cd

I downloaded to 2 emulators that allow me to play pc engine (AKA Turbo grafx 16) on my PSP, they are [e]mulator and Pcep, i can play normal game catidriges, but i just dont know how to play cd games.

but i dont know what ir or how to make a .TOC file, can you please help me?

The TOC data needs to EXACTLY match your CD data, so if you didn't actually convert the CD yourself you might not be able to get valid TOC data. If you have CD image data that has been dumped correctly, then you can pick up valid TOC data from http://www.necstasy.net/ That data just needs to be in a plain text file.

Be warned however that even with correctly dumped data and a valid TOC file, the compatibility for all PSP PCE CD emulators is pretty bad. A lot of images are simply too big to be played in the existing emulators.
