Chinese Wii in UK - Help!

Hi

My parents bought me a Wii while they were on hols in Hong Kong. It all works perfect except that all the instructions and visuals are in Chinese - this would be fine but I don't know any Chinese !!

Does anyone know how to fix this or if there are downloads available to make it into English?

Also will Uk games work on it?

Even if someone could suggest someplace I should contact that could maybe provide an answer then that would be awesome!! At the moment I'm just so sad!
