What qualitys do you see in a girl/boy that makes them dateble?

I want her to be cute, have common sense (not specifically looking for a super genius), athletic, and a sense of humor (I don't want those who fake laugh or the crazy laughing type). I also want her to have a good personality (I actually mean it after a past incident), and to be selfless & confident in herself.
