    Default BLACK problem?

Does anyone else notice that black seems to leave a trail behind compared to other colours.

I notice it more in emulators that have a lot of black in the backgrounds or sprites.

There seems to be a delay in updating it,which in certain games on snes is really noticable.

or maybe i have a dogey PSP

Thats normal, happens on everyones psp. What it is, is that the psp screen takes longer to bright up the pixels from a pure black pixel to something brighter, since the back light has a harder time lighting the pure black pixels fast enough . A possible workaround is if emulators and games didn't use pureblack as their black color, but a slighty, just slighty brighter black then pure black so the pixels are always ready and active Look at wipeout pure for example, it avoids pure black as much as possible, thus there is nowhere near as much black smearing as say, the dark cars on bright tracks in Ridge Racers
