3.40 OE update screwed up

I updated from 3.03 oe to 3.40, everything is fine except for the web browser. i always use links2 but i would like to fix this problem. when i start the web browser i can see the wifi light connecting to my router, but on screen it gives me that blue screen in 10 diff languages telling me to press circle because of corruption. all my homebrew and everything else works. do i recovery back down to 1.50 and back up to fix this?

reset default settings, that should do it.

im having problems with links2 in 3.40 oe, when i run the app from irshell it gives me

load network module...Error, could not load PSP_NET_MODULE_COMMON 00000017

does anyone kno whats wrong?

Just "reset default settings" in recovery mode.

Try resetting to default settings. if that does not work then go down to 1.50 and back to 3.40 oe-a.
if that does not work make sure the app is in GAME150 folder! and if that does not work, well then you can't get internet.
