lol, this will piss the ps3 boys.
The GameSpot News Blog writes about Matt Richtel of the New York Times blogged about the reasons behind differences in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 editions of some games. Later he revisited the topic after hearing back from EA about the issue.
A representative with the publisher told the writer that as a release date nears, the company sometimes readjusts the manpower on the projects to complete the Xbox 360 version first. With a larger installed base for Microsoft's console, the rep said it makes financial sense to get that version of a game out first and maximize potential sales.
Its worth pointing out that the same tactics were used in the last Gen when PS2 games sometimes got prioritized over Xbox games. Does this mean the tide is turning? Something for the Fanboys to fight over
lol, this will piss the ps3 boys.
I think this is Peter Moore's doing...
hmm.... what the ps3 needs now is some top notch games not some half arsed attempt.
