Getting really sick of this POI adventure.

I downloaded some gas stations poi from benzinestations.net in OV2 format.

I imported them into GMDL 0.500b

Saved as _GAScodaz

Placed in _NETHERLANDS, _POI (poi dir is under Netherlands)

Loaded the poi's don't show up. I'm trying almost a half year to load pois, still failure.

Here is the poi file :

I'm really pissed off because i followed all instructions. Still they don't work

I think you are missing a few fields in each line...
just put 2 more commas at the end:
!IMAGE:GAS.png,

Also make sure that you map covers those coordinates...

If i ADD a poi in Mapthis self, so place it anywhere on the map it is formatted like this:

TOTALLY different then the file i showed you.

Nope i tried that with the ,, commas it's now:

The map covers the area completely as it is a map of the entire country with zoom levels from 10 to 4.

your POIs are working just fine... see the attached map...

is it something gotta do with the images? if u are not using 0.5 u gotta put the images in the map folder. hope it is tat!

The file must be named _POIS.txt

Placed INTO the map dir and not in _POI folder.

Now they work

But the split into 400's doesn't work
