Map This! v05 install, Am I Retarded? (or whaaat)

OK, I have had issues with this before, but this time I just can not seem to find any thing that says what exactly to do about getting the mapviewer% folder, since the map this! v05 rar file only comes with the mapviewer folder (no accompanying folder)
I have already tried to use the one that came out with the v04, but that did not work at all
