FFVII Save File Problem.

I just completed Disc 1 of FFVII but my Disc 2 of FFVII doesn't detect my save file. Can someone help me?

ok do you remember what the game SCS***** number was, because when you convert it, it asks you to make up anumber to go into that spot, so when you convert disk 2, you need to make sure that number that you put in for disk one is exactly the same.

does your save still work on the disc 1? maybe your save is corrupted or something.
